“I go to to Dunkin a lot and I've gone to most locations on the Virginia beach side of the Bay bridge tunnels. This location is one of if not the best store that I've been to. It's run like a Dunkin in New England. It's efficient it's fast there's never a line the only time I've ever had a problem is when a piece of equipment is broken but that's not the employees fault. There's never a line at the drive-thru my mobile order is always ready. This place is the gold standard for how a Dunkin should be run“

“Omg I went in there after the beach with my family and the girls made the best coffee I’ve ever had. I tried a new menu item and these ladies made the best damn coffee I’ve ever had. I live in Richmond and would drive all the way down here again just to have them make it.“

“The staff is super friendly. Our order came out quickly, it so happens to be right next door to the Popeyes. That was just the worst thing I've ever experienced. The review is still on point for this place because I visited this place before and then again after the Popeyes.“

“This place is good in every way but 1, it's like an icebox in there, you cannot even eat in there because you and the family are shivering so bad.. my husband is a hot natured person and he said we ain't eating in there anymore.. however the service is spot on“

“The cold brew is what keeps me coming back — smooth, no bitterness, doesn’t need much doctoring. I appreciate coffee that’s just done right without a lot of fuss.

I’ll usually grab something off the menu to go with it, whatever looks good that day — never a bad pairing, never overthought.

What really stands out is the crew. Genuinely friendly, quick with a smile, and they move fast without ever feeling rushed. That kind of consistency, both in the drink and the service, is what makes a place worth returning to“

“The employees at this Dunkin location are always so sweet to myself, my best friend, and his little brother whenever we come into the store and try to be accommodating for us. Big shout out to Lexie and all the other wonderful ladies for being so sweet! 💕“

“While staying in a hotel nearby I came here one morning for coffee and while there, decided to grab one of their Wake-Up Wraps. I got a small coffee and a bacon, egg, & cheese wrap to go. Waiting about 5 mins for them to make the wrap, as the drive-thru had quite a bit of action this morning. Service was friendly. The coffee was great and the Wake-Up Wrap was nice too. It met my expectations for a typical DD visit.“

“I just want to give a huge compliment to the staff and the manager. I went in today to get a gift card and to purchase a drink and I tried to get the free refresher through the app the manager went up and Beyond to try to get the deal to go through. I will definitely be returning to this store the staff is Simply Amazing.“

“This Dunkin is the absolute best! The staff here is amazing! I was having a pretty rough week and my coffee was paid for ? and the coffee was made perfectly. Highly recommend this Dunkin if you are in the area! Huge thank you to the staff here“

“I was reminded how at my job happy customers almost never leave reviews so I wanted to leave a good review for the young man that helped me today. Got some munchkins and an iced coffee and he noticed my dog and made him a little pup drink. I thought that was cool. The food was exactly what I ordered and great. It’s the little things in life that can make your day a little bit better. Give this young man a raise! 🙌🙌“

“Friendliest crew ever. I pulled up in the drive thru, overheard a conversation and next thing I knew we were all in hysterically within seconds. I love when the crews are happy, warm, and make you feel like you truly are appreciated. That is exactly what happened that morning.“

“I had never been to this Dunkin before - and then today I accidentally ordered from this princess Anne location... I was in shambles because I thought it was my normal location and by the time I got to this location my coffee was melted (luckily the food was still warm for my husband), I was about to buy a new ocoffee when they just offered to make a new one. I can't express how much that made my morning! It really is the little things, they we kind and quick.“

“I'm from up north and this Dunkin got it on lock! Hot coffee is always perfectly hot even though I get it light and sweet and same for the breakfast sandwiches.... Hot.... cheese melted!
Thanks I don't miss home as much.. at least there you!!! Holler“
