“1st time trying breakfast ( my oldest Son subjection). Went through drive thru, about 6 or 7 cars in front. Very fast service,windows employee was Very Courteous and Friendly. Fore a fast food breakfast it was good, I like my coffee a little stronger, but it was OK.“

“I go to to Dunkin a lot and I've gone to most locations on the Virginia beach side of the Bay bridge tunnels. This location is one of if not the best store that I've been to. It's run like a Dunkin in New England. It's efficient it's fast there's never a line the only time I've ever had a problem is when a piece of equipment is broken but that's not the employees fault. There's never a line at the drive-thru my mobile order is always ready. This place is the gold standard for how a Dunkin should be run“

“While staying in a hotel nearby I came here one morning for coffee and while there, decided to grab one of their Wake-Up Wraps. I got a small coffee and a bacon, egg, & cheese wrap to go. Waiting about 5 mins for them to make the wrap, as the drive-thru had quite a bit of action this morning. Service was friendly. The coffee was great and the Wake-Up Wrap was nice too. It met my expectations for a typical DD visit.“

“The staff is super friendly. Our order came out quickly, it so happens to be right next door to the Popeyes. That was just the worst thing I've ever experienced. The review is still on point for this place because I visited this place before and then again after the Popeyes.“

“Went through the drive through to get my kids some of those munchkins or whatever, and the service was fast. Very fast. As we went to drive away my wife noticed that we didn't get our order, we got someone else's. So she went inside and came back out with two free things of the munchkins. That's what I'm talking about.“

After the last experience I had with a male employee with colored hair, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of this young lady. “This place is good in every way but 1, it's like an icebox in there, you cannot even eat in there because you and the family are shivering so bad.. my husband is a hot natured person and he said we ain't eating in there anymore.. however the service is spot on“

“I loveeeeee this location. Really the team here! I tell them I love them every visit because I really mean it! I come in almost every day on my way to work. There’s actually 2 other locations closer to my house, but I just love the crew at this one. I get the same boring iced caramel coffee every time, but it’s always made with love and a smile. I was in shambles because I thought it was my normal location and by the time I got to this location my coffee was melted (luckily the food was still warm for my husband), I was about to buy a new ocoffee when they just offered to make a new one.
