Dunkin' is a delightful place with friendly staff who provide great customer service. The coffee is good, and employees are helpful and nice. Orders are prepared quickly, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite occasional issues with the mobile app, the in-store experience is generally excellent. The donuts may sometimes be old and stale, but the person taking the order is often very polite and has great customer service. Mikal, a regular customer favorite, is always friendly, upbeat, and has a smile on his face, making the drive-thru experience enjoyable. However, the service can be hit or miss, with some employees appearing disinterested or difficult to engage. The location may also be challenging to access due to the single entrance and obstructed visibility.
