Dined in which was a mistake. Food took around 20 minutes to be done. We ordered at 3:15pm on a Thursday, not exactly drive time. Wires were hanging out of the ceiling. Zero employee presence at the counter. Was very close to asking for a refund. Food came out with no apology for the wait time.

Genuinely the best customer service I have ever received in a mcdonald’s. As I was enjoying my meal I couldn’t help but notice the consistent hard work and dedication from the entire team during a friday dinner rush. You are appreciated!
