They had been open but only two people working and they were running behind. They were a lil short with request, but understood under the pressure of the demands at the time. Also only one bathroom was unlocked and available to use.

The staff is super friendly. Our order came out quickly, it so happens to be right next door to the Popeyes. That was just the worst thing I've ever experienced. The review is still on point for this place because I visited this place before and then again after the Popeyes.
