Best Japanese AYCE in Hampton Roads! The staff always do a great job.

After they messed up our order, which wasn’t a big deal until we got charged an extra $600 on our tab, which was supposed to be 146.68…. But they charged us 746.68…. No manager came and apologized and the staff was giggling at the counter while getting our $600 credit refund… for people who live paycheck to paycheck this is a huge inconvenience and overall a horrible experience. Food was subpar.
