Dunkin' Donuts in Chesapeake

“Not sure they actually make the donuts there so when you get your Donuts they're not fresh and hot or even warm. So if you understand this then the donuts are edible. This location finally has Maple frosted which they didn't have for years. The staff are always kind.“

“I love this Dunkin’ location. The donuts are always soft and fresh, and there’s usually a really good variety to choose from which I appreciate. The customer service has been great every time I’ve gone — everyone is friendly and helpful.

They’re also pretty quick with the drive-thru, which is nice when you’re in a rush, but I also enjoy walking in sometimes too. Overall it’s just a really solid Dunkin’ location that I enjoy stopping by.“

“I stop in this location all the time for coffee and a apple fritter or donut and the staff gives the best service. Today I was in the area working as a Uber driver and needed to use the restroom. Abbey was a doll to allow me to use the restroom before purchasing something.

I am disappointed with management though. I am someone that spends $100s with dunkin. Staff should not be spoken to because they allowed someone to use the restroom when in need. Im not on drugs or homeless. Empower and trust them to make good decisions. Those are qualities of great leaders. $2.33 to use the bathroom....shame on management.

“Everybody at the front counter here is always super nice and helpful. I used to come to this location every day but since I moved I only drop in every few weeks when I’m nearby. The service is worth having to go inside since there’s no drive thru window.“

“I’m not sure of her name, but she has pretty pink hair, and is the best Dunkin’ worker I’ve ever had. My husband and I use the drive through and she is always super friendly and makes the best caramel macchiatos.“

“Went for the WICKED tin, they were out of the special munchkins for tin. No problem. We got 5 powder and 5 cinnamon munchkins that were damp from air moisture and a drink. $18. I was disappointed in the donuts but I tried to ask for different and they said they're all like that. 🤷‍♀️“

“Excellent customer service! Obviously you'll have to wait longer during busy times, but not for lack of trying. These employees hustle and do it with a smile. You cannot ask for better service. The store is kept clean, organized, and well stocked.“

“I have to give this place 4 stars because the employees are quick, efficient, and courteous. The doughnuts are what you would expect from a chain. It would be nice if there were more flavors to choose from...specifically, maple bacon. Come onDunking. Figure it out and give the people [me] what they [I] want. ?“
