Went through drive up. Person working was very unfriendly and unhappy. I understand people have bad days but if you can't be at least pleasant you should find a job that suits you better!
I go to this dunkin extremely often and I can say that the service is fantastic and quick, but for some reason their iced coffee is always very bitter compared to other dunkin's no matter how much sugar or creamer you add...?

The ladies were sweet but if there was more than two people working (on a morning shift, on a weekend) maybe my coffee wouldn’t take 30 minutes, treat your employees better and put more than 2 people on a
