I love their chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles and their breakfast sandwiches are pretty solid. My mother LOVES their coffee.

The order was not what I asked for and the food was burned and not cooked properly.

My wife and I have bought donuts and coffee on several occasions since we moved to the area. The morning crew is the definition of BAD ATTITUDE. Not once have they said one positive word to either of us. Drive through or walk in does not change the atmosphere. This morning we went in and the young lady spoke so low we couldn’t even make out what she was saying. My wife ask for a dozen donuts and she said “ How many donuts do you want?” My wife who does not put up with crappy attitudes said A DOZEN again. The girl took off her headset and through them on the counter as if we were the ones with the negative attitude. Half of the assortment of donuts were stale, just like the morning crew. Not once have we heard Good morning, or what can we do for you, or even a How are you this morning. I think the management should invest in an attitude seminar for this bunch. This negative energy has happened every single time we have visited this establishment. We will start using another local Dunkin Donuts from now on. Jeez, if your not a morning person get a night job!

The ladies were sweet but if there was more than two people working (on a morning shift, on a weekend) maybe my coffee wouldn’t take 30 minutes, treat your employees better and put more than 2 people on a

Went through drive up. Person working was very unfriendly and unhappy. I understand people have bad days but if you can't be at least pleasant you should find a job that suits you better!

I’ve frequented this location for over a year now. I’ve given more chances at redemption than I’d like to admit. With that being said, this is THE WORST location I have ever given my money to. Poor customer service starting at the drive thru - this is certainly no Chik-Fil-A. Don’t expect greetings or pleasantries, but instead attitudes and crudeness. That experience typically carries to the window where they’ll take your payment, hand over your order, and send you off without having said a single word. Regarding the product itself, coffee is inconsistent and the food nearly inedible. I’ve received sandwiches still frozen into the second bite. Donuts and munchkins are stale and old (thank God my toddler doesn’t seem to mind.) Hashbrowns are soggy and soaked in OLD frying oil. There really are no facets to overall operations that I can complement. I strongly encourage management and/or owner/operators to dial in and make immediate improvements. Business will continue to be lost until that happens, including mine.

I go to this dunkin extremely often and I can say that the service is fantastic and quick, but for some reason their iced coffee is always very bitter compared to other dunkin's no matter how much sugar or creamer you add...?

No koala care. Impossible to give this more stars as I couldn’t change my baby in the men’s or women’s restroom.

They make donuts, it's Dunkin, you know what you're getting. My disappointment in the atmosphere is walking in on Saturday morning and the girls are bumping explicit hip hop. I emphasize not the edited type. Was happy that I did not have my kids with me on this particular Saturday, because when I asked if they are really playing that, the employee told me this is the radio. I said Ni*** and shi* is not the radio, she said "it's the hip hop radio, how can I help you?"Kid-friendliness: I guess the kid friendliness depends on whether or not there's an actual adult working at the time.

Rude customer service when going through the drive-thru. I accidentally placed the wrong location for my pickup, and the girl over the speaker laughed it off and was rude. Don't go to this Dunkin unless you want snarky comments and no respect for the customer.

I WENT THERE A FEW TIMES & THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! THEY TREATED ME AS IF I DIDNT BELONG THERE IN A RACIST WAY! LAST TIME I CAM THERE THE WHITE FEMALE WITH THE RED HAIR TALKED OVER ME AS IF I WAS A CHILD WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER… I DIDNT EVEN DRINK MY COFFEE BECAUSE IT WAS EXTREMELY TOO SWEET TO THE POINT IT MADE MY STOMACH HURT REALLY BAD… I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL! NEXT TIME TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE RESPECT!

Ordered 2 dozen donuts, only received one. Didn't realize it until I was dropping off the donuts at the event. Had to drive all the way back to get a partial refund and no one was apologetic. Will not be returning to this location again.

Stopped to get a raspberry filled donut. They only have powdered raspberry donuts. Worst I've ever had. Hardly any raspberry jelly in it & the powdered sugar was so thick & clumpy we had to stand outside the car to try to eat it. Clumps of powdered sugar was falling off of it. Fed the birds most of it. Hope they enjoyed it because I sure didn't.

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ regularly since high school. This is the Best 757 Dunkin ever! My order is always right and everyone in there is always super nice and helpful! This isn’t the closest Dunkin to me, but I drive out of my way to go to this one (extra 10 minutes) because it’s always made right(a coffee and bagel). This is the Chick-fil-A of Dunkin’ Donuts!
