“The woman working recently has really sped things up. This Dunkin used to take forever, but the least few times I've been it's been much quicker. She needs some accolades and a raise. Will continue to come more often now that it doesn't take so long“

“This is the best Dunkin in Hampton and beats any that I’ve been to in Norfolk as well. Somebody is in here running this joint like the navy. Personally, I am always met with quick and attentive service. Employees are kind and on top of things even at 7/8 AM and my orders rarely, if ever, are incorrect. Gripes in these reviews about taxes or critiquing recipes are to be taken up with local and federal government and Dunkin Corp, not the Commander Sheppard Dunkin Donuts lol.“
“I ordered a breakfast $5 combo for the first time.It was an egg wrap with egg cheese and protein of choice.I had bacon, that was actually great and made to order the hash rounds or hash Browns were very flavorful.Well, seasoned, yet they were not even warm.It may have been because it was made first, but that will not deter me for returning. I also had the iced Macha teaon and an iced coffee and they were both great... again, I will definitely return. The staff was very kind and quick.“
“This Dunkin is located in a gas station. If you go during rush hour on a weekday morning, they won't have quite enough staffing to work too quickly. The staff were really friendly, and the cashier today in particular was really enthusiastic and hustled to get everyone's drink orders done. For not being a standalone store, it did pretty well. One issue I'll note is that they were out of a lot of the hot breakfast ingredients.“
