“Staff are pleasant and agreeable. Drinks are made with confidence, precision and speed, showing a knowledge of the menu that can be lacking at other stores.
The atmosphere is really cute being a small corner store in the middle of a shopping center.
Food is also made well and they are willing to make reasonable accommodations on a food item to adjust for personal preference.“
“I come to this Dunkin 2-3 times a week, using the mobile app.
They always greet me well, and they’re the only coffee spot in the area that makes my coffee exactly how I enjoy it.
Today (1/9) I came around 330 with my dog, at the window the individual greeted me by name (I should’ve caught their name but I didn’t, but they had short dark hair), had my coffees ready, and when they saw my dog, they offered me a couple plain munchkins for my pup.
This whole interaction stuck out to me in a really nice way, and as someone who already comes to this Dunkin often, it reaffirmed why I do so!

“UPDATE: The new staff is much more kind. Specifically the blonde girl (sorry I haven’t caught your name) who works on Sundays and most days I am there is always on time, ready, and consistent! Most times she knows who the order is for when I order and she’s always ready. DUNKIN PLEASE ALLOW TIPPING IN THE APP I NEVER HAVE CASH AND I FEEL BAD!!!!!
The people here are extremely rude and they are always out of everything. Came to the window and heard nothing but one of the people cussing up a storm in there. It sounded like she was talking about customers too. Not to mention every time we come here they are out of everything half of the time. No common sense here.“
“I went to this location before I went to work. Tiffany and trudy I believe those were their names. They were so helpful and patient with me and allowed me time to figure out what I wanted. I am thankful to them both they don't know how much they made my morning sos much better than it already was. sometimes all it takes it being nice to someone maybe even smiling at them will turn someone whole morning around.“
“The Dunkin by the shipyard is a place where you can go to get your morning started right. Sometimes its packed because of the influx of sailors and shipyard workers but its a welcoming place and the staff is legendary for helping out those who are less fortunate.“
