“Yoooooo. When y’all order cold foam drinks, especially mobile order, and take a little bit of extra time to get to your cup- your foam has melted into your drink thus creating an illusion of a half-full cup. When you order curbside if your car is obstructed by pillars, is in the incorrect parking spot, or we’re simply tied up and doing our best- it is difficult to see your car. Often, cars are not labeled properly and we’re doing our best to decipher user/app inputs. “Store was clean. Food was as expected as any other Dunkin in this area. However, this review is not about the store or the food. It’s about an employee that was seemingly runnin the drive through cooking making drinks and checking the front counter by herself. She may not have been alone but she was rocking it as if she was.
