realized why i usually stop at starbucks and not this location this morning lol … drink was advertised on sign differently when i got to window and they just didn’t feel like remaking it, that’s fine bc i didn’t even pay and just left, if you’re looking for customer service just go to starbucks !

UPDATE: The new staff is much more kind. Specifically the blonde girl (sorry I haven’t caught your name) who works on Sundays and most days I am there is always on time, ready, and consistent! Most times she knows who the order is for when I order and she’s always ready. DUNKIN PLEASE ALLOW TIPPING IN THE APP I NEVER HAVE CASH AND I FEEL BAD!!!!!
