This location is fine if it is a slow day. The staff is not trained to handle the morning rush. If there are more than five people in the drive thru the whole operation crashes out. Just this morning I saw three employees completely freeze when someone asked to change their order because they had been waiting for a long time to pick it up.
Normally I'd say that is on the employees, but it is becoming more clear that this is a management problem.

I used to love this place, but the new people don't make coffee right anymore. I don't feel like to waste my money to buy any coffee.....
They really need to reteach how to make frozen coffee. Absolutely disgusting both times I've gotten them.
