We are regulars at this store. We get pretty much the same order, everytime, this morning. We ordered and they did not even put any caramel in my husbands large coffee. We ordered through the mobile app, so it's not like they could have forgotten. It's typed on the little sticker.

I had never been to this Dunkin before - and then today I accidentally ordered from this princess Anne location... I was in shambles because I thought it was my normal location and by the time I got to this location my coffee was melted (luckily the food was still warm for my husband), I was about to buy a new ocoffee when they just offered to make a new one. I can't express how much that made my morning! It really is the little things, they we kind and quick.
