The Roads Bistro Reviews
I was out with friends and observed bad behavior by staff. While the wait staff was nice the manager on duty seemed rude and I overheard them speaking poorly of customers who were actively there. Maybe it was a bad night but it is very uncomfortable to be in a space where staff talks negatively about customers within ear shot of guests. I’ve been here previously and had a good time but this experience has soured my interest in coming back again.
Out of the many experiences that I enjoyed here one of the last times wasn’t the best, but when I tried to bring it up to both my waitress and manager ( as a previous employee told me to do) I was met with ridicule, sarcasm, and disdain. The situation was blown way out of proportion and honestly I’ll probably never come back and the other sad part is the party I was with who also witnessed it probably won’t either and they used to frequent this place a lot.
light crowd, they were on the ball. Service tonight was on point. the musician and artist EJ Bollman was excellent, very talented.
