“I was in the store yesterday evening around dinner time and the place was packed. I had placed a to-go order that wasn’t quite ready when I got there. The gentleman working the to-go orders was clearly busy filling a multitude of orders. I watched him as he meticulously reviewed each order and quickly assembled the food at a very strong pace. When I received my order, which was complicated, I was very pleased to see that it was 100 percent correct. Before leaving I asked for his name. I want to send a shout out to Tayvon (forgive me if I mispelled your name) Tayvon is an exceptional worker and Chipotle is blessed to have him on the staff.“
“I had a great experience at Chipotle today. The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and everything was fresh and perfectly made. My bowl was packed with flavor, the ingredients tasted super clean, and the team handled customization like pros. The restaurant was tidy, and the whole visit felt efficient and easy. Chipotle continues to be one of my favorite spots for a quick, delicious meal — consistently great food and great service.“
“Update: So, I’ve visited this location a couple of times recently since my last post (it’s the closest location to me). I’ve gone inside and not placed online orders. Im happy to report that everything has been in stock, toppings/meat have been fresh, store is clean, and looks like there are some new employees in there who were pretty friendly.Probably the worst chipotle in Virginia.“

“Chipotle has taken its formula for success and refined it to a high degree satisfying all ages with tasty offerings served fresh and just right! We know we can count on prompt service, a customized meal and delightful toppings. Today was no different! The new Chili Lime chips were delicious!!“

“I had a great experience at this Chipotle location! The food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Even during a busy rush hour, they handled everything so smoothly and professionally. What really stood out was how attentive they were, despite how packed it was, they made sure to acknowledge guests and let us know they’d be right with us.
You could tell the team was working together seamlessly, which made the whole experience feel organized and welcoming. I actually have another location closer to me, but I prefer this one so much that I don’t mind driving the extra 10 minutes. Definitely worth it!“
“The place was clean, the employees were kind. However I’m not sure if it was an off day for the sour cream and cilantro cream sauce but both were extremely watery. I’ve never seen sour cream run like water until that experience.“
