Waited over 45 minutes in line to get my order. Half the items I requested in the bowl were missing or wrong. Lettuce was added when I did not request them. Ordered double meat and got less than half of a portion.
The large bag of chips I ordered less than half the bag was full.
Terrible service, no apology for the wait or letting me know that items might be missing from the bowl.

Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. They were clearly understaffed, with only one person working the line, and unfortunately, she didn’t seem like she really knew what she was doing. We waited over 20 minutes with only three people ahead of us, and the line was barely moving. Meanwhile, another staff member was off to the side sweeping instead of helping with the growing line.

I’ve been eating at Chipotle for about 12 years, and this location is easily the worst I’ve been to. The last time I came here, they completely skimped on the portions—I got less chicken than I’ve ever received at a Chipotle.
