this chipotle sucks so bad. every time i have ever tried to come here they either skimp on the portions or just have nothing available. i came a half hour before they closed. i know but i am starved and just wanted something not fried. they have no rice but theyre still open for another hour. i ask the lady behind the counter if they have anymore rice she just shakes her head. dont waste your time at this location. Greenbrier location is the best.
Don’t even bother with this location, especially the drive through. You will sit there for 20 minutes staring at the employees all ignoring you while your food sits there getting cold and a line wraps around the building. They almost always mess something up with every single order. If you get a side of queso they fill the container half full like it’s coming out of their paycheck. We previously lived up the road so this Chipotle was convenient in terms of location, at first there were no issues with this location and we always had spectacular service.
However now I have had several pick up orders in a row now where I have not received what I've ordered with little to no reasons as to why I wasn't able to get what I've ordered and paid for, it's not the most complicated orders either and very straightforward I'd say but once again I am disappointed...read full review
