I must say this restaurant has came a long way, I stopped coming here for a long time Set the bad customer service and the bad wait times.Then decided after a while I will give it one more try, I’ve been back at least a dozen times in the past few weeks and noticed they have Some new employees that I’ve never seen before. But I’m glad they’re here I never got more of a welcome in an excellent customer service in the store ever at this location I hope they never leave….

Very understaffed. Ordered delivery and could not get the store to make my order but they also wouldn’t cancel it because it had been submitted. Waited almost an hour and never got food. Very bad customer service.

Never online order here. They will always get your order wrong even when paying extra for guacamole. Won’t answer there phone to make things right. Had to go out of my ways to get a refund. Never eat here worst chipotle.
