“Came into chipotle on 02/23/24 service was quick the line was clean the team visibly was working together to get people's order made and out the door noticed a change and I'm unsure if it's new management but this location wasn't the best a few months ago and today coming it's like a fresh crew and overall I'm happy I decided to give this location another chance GREAT JOB Team !“
“The best Chipotle we've ever eaten. My husband said, "Where did you get that food?" I said, "Chipotle", he said, " no, what location? It's really good." We've had Chipotle at different locations in DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Portsmouth, Chesapeake (yuck) and another in Norfolk. I don't know what they do differently, but The Ghent location is the best.“
“I was greeted and felt welcomed. I wanted the carne asada bowl but they were out ?. 10 minute wait for the next batch, it sure smelled delicious. I opted for the carnitas bowl which was just as delicious. The chipotle chefs were friendly and packed our bowls. There was also a cute male who was working in the kitchen, I could see his bubble butt, guess that was a bonus. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The food tasted delicious and the salsas were good too.“
“Wow-let me start by saying I go to multiple chipotles all over Virginia, and I can now say this is the best one so far. Each staff member I came in contact with greeted me genuinely and warmly, immediately went to help me, and my order came out delicious and warm and so wholesome, and super speedily. I love this location so much!! It has a wonderful team!!“
