Most unnecessarily negative experience at this location on 3/20/24 around 9pm. I ordered online and they stiffed me on chips because they ran out. Things happen, just communicate so I don’t walk out and get ripped off. I asked for a refund or credit and a guy tried to act like he couldn’t help because the official Chipotle app is “3rd party”, stated I needed to go through the app and request refund, couldn’t refund any money to a gift-card or offer any other solution....read full review
You can tell that they were high off drugs and they were rude and the food was horrible was not fresh at all just, just a overall bad experience for my first time never will i be back there. #Moles #is #
