Most unnecessarily negative experience at this location on 3/20/24 around 9pm. I ordered online and they stiffed me on chips because they ran out. Things happen, just communicate so I don’t walk out and get ripped off. I asked for a refund or credit and a guy tried to act like he couldn’t help because the official Chipotle app is “3rd party”, stated I needed to go through the app and request refund, couldn’t refund any money to a gift-card or offer any other solution. He made it a big deal in front of all the guests. I literally went from one staff member to another trying to figure out what to do while Shaun and the other male insisted I was being cheap and it’s only a dollar for chips. The woman that was there was somewhat helpful as she stepped aside to assist me with the app. In all, I’m upset that the staff made a spectacle of me in front of guests for just wanting to get a simple issue resolved. I wasn’t the only one who was upset as another customer asked for the guys name who turned out to be Shaun. But even she was met with pushback on why she needed to know his name. It was all unnecessary.

Don’t know what happened but I’ve been here a few times in the last 2 weeks and all the sudden the food is craaazy salty. Like I’m covering it in sour cream to try and make it edible. Before then it was always perfect. I think it might be the beans? I tasted the chicken seperately and it was perfect, and I don’t get much on by bowl, so definitely either the beans or rice or both.

The best Chipotle we've ever eaten. My husband said, "Where did you get that food?" I said, "Chipotle", he said, " no, what location? It's really good." We've had Chipotle at different locations in DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Portsmouth, Chesapeake (yuck) and another in Norfolk. I don't know what they do differently, but The Ghent location is the best.

This chipotle has the most unprofessional and disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. When I ordered chips they rang me up but then said they actually didn’t have chips and couldn’t refund me either. Then after waiting 10 minutes for them to try to refund me they “found some chips in the back.” They kept my order on the counter while I waited for them to fry more chips which took 30 MINUTES. Within this 30 minutes they “accidentally” gave my order away to someone and when I asked where my food went they all started laughing. They remade my bowl but I’ve never had such a bad experience before and will never be back.

HORRIBLE Service!!!!!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I order dinner for a friend tonight on Chipotle's website and they received Chinese food. The Doordash driver gave them the wrong bag I know what you're thinking that's not their fault. Well here's where Chipotle's horrible service comes into play I am immediately try to contact chipotle to get this matter resolved as my friend and her two young children are waiting to eat their dinner. To find there is absolutely no way to talk to the actual location or real person for that matter. Every time I would get through the automated prompts to actually let me talk to this store no one would answer the phone. The automated service was tiresome and tedious, and just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. If you try to go the route of the "live" chat, it's just an automated service as well.
