Crunchy rice FOUR times now! It literally ruins the whole bowl. After the third time I asked the employee about it and was advised to try the brown rice. NOPE STILL CRUNCHY! After spending more than 50 dollars to feed my family and it's not even edible is frustrating. Needless to say we will not be back to this location.
My daughter’s quesadilla was not even cooked…raw, cold cheese inside. The younger guy giving me my cup at the counter stuck 3 of his fingers deep down in my cup while handing it to me. Gross. And my stomach has been in knots all day since eating my salad bowl (and I get the same thing from every Chipotle I eat at and it has never happened to me). After reading the reviews now, I wouldn’t go back. Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand!
I don't understand why every time I come in, the place is literally trashed. I never see anybody from behind them counters wipe any tables/chairs/stools, or keep the trash overpiled where it's falling on the floor. I always gotta take napkins & wipe where I wanna sit bc of food & sticky stains on the tables/chairs
The people are always amazing & food is always fire though
