“Are you kidding a Popeyes in the mall? Im about to be 500 lbs. I work in Lynnhaven and if you wanted Popeyes before this location hope you had an hour to spare in the drive through alone the one on Lynnhaven parkway is absolutely horrible ( we all know what im talkin about) service and wait times and no, its not because they are busy i have been there and been THE ONLY CAR in the drive through and it still took 45 minutes. So i have been deprived of Popeyes deliciousness and now this location is open and way better with faster service and i couldn't be happier.“
“I can’t see my ticket number but when I came into Popeyes for my ouch break I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a two piece chicken with fries even thought the truck was just getting there Kayshara Britt was kind enough to give us the option of waiting or getting another side after she offered I decided to wait but then decided to pick another side when I got to the windo she was polite about changing my side. After that she gave me my food and she politely told us to make sure we came back she had everything in the bag for us and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Please keep her here with us and serving good food and customer service. I have really seen a change I. This store thank you“
