“Tonight was a typical expericence HOWEVER.... Tonight there is a gentleman handling the register named Dontra'e and he definitely impressed me and others in the restaurant. Store was understaffed and busy but he kept his composure and remained calm and polite while dealing with rude customers and stress of multitasking and everyone got fresh food. Not even the manager stepped up to speak or help. Honestly I dislike Popeye restaurants, but my friends always want but Id settle for coming to this location for that kind of service“
“I’m happy to finally be able to eat good chicken without swallowing bad service. This Popeyes is by far the best in at least 3 cities. Micheal Walker really seemed like he cared and made sure we got everything. I wish he was in charge of every Popeyes. No complaining or bad faces just good food. In all honesty the food is good no matter how they treat you but today I can go home and face my family with fresh chicken and no frustration“
