Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Chesapeake

“Went to grab my lunch and was told it was a 15 minute wait, wasn't mad at all because Devon and Jayden made myself as well as the customers behind me feel appreciated...it was hot in the restaurant and they offered us cold drinks and apologized for the wait. I got my food them 2 young men apologized again and I said no worries employees like yall make the wait for the food worth it but not the heat . Sp hopefully the ac unit will be fixed for employees and customers as well🙂 thank you to these 2 young men who treated every customer in the lobby with respect and not 1 ounce of attitude.“

“Going 5-stars because the drive thru lady was super nice! They were out of cole slaw which was a bummer in my Popeye's summer; I need SOME veggies! Had to settle for mac'n'cheese. They were also apparently running out of chicken because they were subbing in breast pieces for the $6 box. I didn't mind one bit; that's more chicken for me! The guy in FRONT of me seemed to have a problem with that, and he held up the line. Speaking of which, it took about 15+ minutes to place my order, and another 15+ until it was in my hands. That's a looooong time! BUT....like I said, the lady was nice.“

“Finally tried the pickle everything. Lemonade and fried pickles were ok, chicken wings were good and sandwich was great. Per usual they were packed. We were pulled up and received our food in timely manner. The employees at this Popeyes were NOT rude and seemed to LIKE their jobs. Will visit here again for the customer service.“
