“The store was fairly clean, and the food was great, however when it comes to customer service and waiting on customers, it was a horrible experience there were people standing around doing nothing not addressing the long wait on food. There was one woman in the back, cooking all the food while five people stood around doing nothing. I actually went around to see if there was anybody in the drive-through there was no one.“

“This location always has a line. This particular day, the voice on the speaker asked that I drive up to the window to place my order.
With 3 cars ahead of me and more stacking up behind me I almost got out of line and went elsewhere.
I am glad I did not. The staff that were there were very courteous and apologetic. They worked worked vigor and fluidity.
My food was delivered hot, fresh and with a smile. The only complaint I had was they were out of the Mango Tea.“
“As much as one may discount a humble Popeye's fried chicken, this specific Popeye's is PHENOMENAL!! The food is fantastic ~ the chicken & sides (Red beans & rice 4ever!!) are hot, delicious perfection with cold & crisp coleslaw satisfaction; day or night it's *always clean, full of smiling staff who are friendly & helpful, and the vibe is all happy energy. Drive thru, dine in, or to-go this Popeye's consistently delivers @ BEST level with TOP NOTCH food, staff & service, atmosphere, & complete overall dining experience.
