Although food was freshly cooked, it all seemed to lack the "know that's Popeye's" signature flavor. Even the biscuit. We ate in and had to keep going to the counter, for condiments and napkins and straws that weren't given when we got our tray of food. My son is very interactive and talkative (he's 29) but only a couple of the staff reciprocated conversations. It was rather awkward. We barely finished our food but left. I never ate the leftovers, I threw them away.
Despite fast food no longer being fast at times…… The customer service I always receive from Shawnta and Britney is always top tier! They keep a positive attitude no matter the circumstances and kept me updated on the status of my order. I appreciate them for taking pride in their jobs.

As someone who works in the industry ill overlook a lot of things and so today I decided to try Popeyes for the first time in a while. Had to over $15 worth to get 6 free wings and so I had to get a wing combo and they forgot the combo part. No mashed potatoes or the ranch i ordered and I had to remind them about my drink and then the wait time for the extra side of mac and cheese i did get.
