Hope you're not in a rush. If the right manager is working, things will go smoothly but it's rare that you are there the same time she's there.The employees just sit around and tell you it's going to be a wait.If you can actually get the food, it's usually good!This last time, I waited 45+ minutes and left without my food. That has never happened before, not even at McDonald's! :-(

Chicken is always good but they have major problems at both locations... it's too bad!I think they should scrap the dining area and lock the doors and make them take away only!

Are you kidding a Popeyes in the mall? Im about to be 500 lbs. I work in Lynnhaven and if you wanted Popeyes before this location hope you had an hour to spare in the drive through alone the one on Lynnhaven parkway is absolutely horrible ( we all know what im talkin about) service and wait times and no, its not because they are busy i have been there and been THE ONLY CAR in the drive through and it still took 45 minutes.
