Tulu is my favorite restaurant in Virginia Beach, so when I visit I usually eat at least a couple of meals there. During my visit last week I had lunch one day and breakfast another. As always, the setting, service, and food were outstanding. The menu has changed to a Mediterranean theme and what I had was excellent, although I missed my old favorites from the previous menu. The bar tender was attentive to our large group. He took food orders and served drinks efficiently.
The space gets a bit noisy when there's a large talkative crowd, which we were.
The space is all hard surfaces and could benefit from some fabric baffles to help with the noise.
