Devin and the staff at Tulu are great. I have food allergy restrictions and they found options for our stay. I highly recommend them. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner with them.
This place doesn't seem to get the love as Orion (which is on a high floor with ocean views) but this ground floor restaurant also sits ocean front, has a nice menu with a lot of variety, and we had great service (it was off season and not busy, so that might help) and really enjoyed our meals and drinks. I'd keep this on the list of good dining options in the part of the oceanfront.
We were here a year ago and remembered Melynda who is the absolute best. She’s not only friendly, but loves sharing her favorite dishes with the customers. We will definitely ask for her when we make it back to VA beach. The food is great but we are sad about the loss if the gluten free pizzas, pasta & the cauliflower poppers. Hope they make their way back.
