Jersey Mike's Subs in Virginia Beach

“I love going to this Jersey Mike’s fr. Everyone in here is always really kind and despite being busy never seem to get nervous they just keep it rolling.They make great fresh sandwiches. They also always change all their equipment to accommodate my gluten allergy without hesitating to limit cross contamination as much as possible. I’m always satisfied with my sandwich flavor here too.Great food and great people.“

“I usually go to the one in Hampton, VA. I decided to go to the one on First Colonial in Va. Beach. While the customer service was good, they did not have the Rosemary Bread. I was told it would cost me more to buy two 2 inch rosemary bread than to purchase one 7 inch of the same sandwich.“

“I get they get business but they need to slow down. I decided to stop going to landtown when I had to preorder. If o have the time to go in I know my sandwich will be made right. So when I'm not well I order out after years on complaining I said I'll order from this new location. I personally have dietary restrictions includes NO TOMATOES! sure enough got my order last night and it had tomatoes even when I had mobility issues from a stroke I wanted to support them because it's like back home smh. Don't use the app go inside if you can at any location then your sandwich will be right because you can control it.. customer service and environment is always nice and quiet.“

“Okay, I want to give an overall 4.5 rating on this visit. I visited Monday, 9/25/2023, during the lunch crunch and ordered the #5 Giant on Wheat. I've used this sub shop previously and typically go with the #8.My past visits have been more enjoyable; however, this was the lunch crunch and the team behind the counter did well. Lots of repeat questions to get it right. My 4.5 is because my sub was good until wrap to go. Although she did her best, delivered with Jersey Mike condiments not in place.“

“I love Jersey Mike’s and so does my son, even my father likes the buffalo chicken cheesesteak very much. We do encounter some resistance at times at this particular location but I have noticed they have a lot of turnover of employees which I understand for the most part it is very pleasant a tad bit of a weight at times but I order large orders so I guess that is to be of these little issues I do believe they try hard they are nice and they’re just human like everyone else we all have to kick it down and notch sometimes and realize we’re all flirting around on this big rock together.Parking: It’s a tight parking lot depending on which way you come in you have to do a whole loop around the building so you gotta watch for oncoming traffic gets really narrow and it looks like there’s some trailer or bus spots in the back that sometimes get clogged up just a little word of advice“

“Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Corey (sp?) was so polite, kind,friendly, patient and professional. My child requested something specific for her sub and was met with kindness and understanding. We were super appreciative of how we were treated and the quality of service. My order took a few minutes as I ordered something that had to be cooked, which I didn't mind at all. While waiting at a table expecting to be called up when my order was ready, Corey brought my food to me! I did not expect that at all. He went above and beyond. The food was amazing as well. Employees like Corey are a great asset to any company. We will definitely be back.“

“Honestly, you can never go wrong with a Jersey Mike's sub. I used to eat at Jersey Mike's subs at least once a week, and it's been a while, but everyone at my work always gets jersey Mike's and I always crave it. I got a #7, turkey with provolone. This location is very clean and the staff is nice. It's a beautiful day and a great sandwich, can't complain.“
