My only criticism is regarding the men’s room being completely out of paper towels 🧻, only 15 minutes after opening in the morning. This can easily be remedied. The great managers and staff are human, after all.

“My family and I really like this location. Our food has always been great and our orders have always been right. The wait is usually short, and it's still a reasonable time even when they're busy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. My parents and I like their #13 Italian sub. My brother LOVES their toasted chicken bacon ranch.

Parking: Parking can be a challenge if the lot is full, but if you hit it at a time when the little shopping center it's located in isn't crowded, it's not bad at all.“

“I don’t leave reviews too often, but when I do, it’s usually because I received great service. I love giving credit to the employees who show up day in and day out, especially in food service and customer service because I know those jobs are not always easy!

We come to this Jersey Mike’s pretty often. It’s definitely one of our staple meals, and we consistently receive great service. This visit, Kaylah helped us at the register, and I’ll admit, I wasn’t in the best mood. I wasn’t being crazy or rude just definitely not my normal self. Kaylah was so positive, friendly, and helpful that she genuinely turned my mood around. It was a nice little reminder that kindness really does go a long way.

I also want to give credit to the entire team working on 8/31/26 around 5 PM. Everyone was quick and efficient while still being incredibly kind and patient with my very indecisive kids. Nobody made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience.

Great job, Jersey Mike’s! Whoever is handling the hiring at this location is doing something right because you have a great team. And Kaylah, keep being you! Your kindness made more of a difference than you probably realized that day.“
