“I placed an order online for my wife, 3 children and myself last night just before closing. I have made purchases at the location countless times I've my life in Aragona. The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. Even thought it was just before closing the gentleman made our order with a smile and friendly attitude! To top it all off as he moved us to help other customers with the same grace. He brought our order to us!!! The man is a keeper and I will give him the props he deserves anytime I speak of Arby's!!!“
“I had multiple cerry out orders. It wasn't a problem. I was greeted with a smile. The order was repeated back for accuracy. Quick, fast, and friendly service. The restaurant was clean. Staff had a clean appearance and wore clean clothing. Overall, it was a great experience. Who has the meats? ARBY'S!!“
“I came through on April 10, mid afternoon, and was met with confusing service. At the drive thru, after waiting a few minutes of wondering if it was open, I was met with a “hello” as if the guy was answering his phone. Annoying. The guy had his hair over his face which irked me bc you’re at work. Anyways, he was really nice!! So that made up for it for sure. Got home, and both orders of mozzarella sticks were missing. I called, spoke with the manager, Shay, who was very nice as well! Anyways, fast forward to today, Saturday April 18, I was finally able to go in and get those two orders. Dominique was an absolute gem! When we went, no one in drive thru or inside, and everyone was keeping busy cleaning, restocking, it was really cool to see that people still do take pride in their jobs. From a managerial point of view, that’s the crew I want. They had their A-team in today! They were so polite when people came through drive thru, and when people came I to the lobby. The lobby was clean, the kitchen area was organized, and they were welcoming and kind when speaking to each other as well. I’ll definitely be back soon!“

“The place is great, but the employees are so slow. It doesn’t matter that no other customers are here, it takes 15+ minutes no matter what you order or when.
Edit: even after the owner replied, nothing has changed. I’ve been here a few more times since I left this review and it’s still the same. The wait here is absolutely absurd. Fire everyone start over.“

There’s a young guy working here who mentioned he’s heading to the Navy soon, and honestly, he’s the kind of person who just lights up the room. Every time I’ve come in, he’s got a big smile, a great attitude, and makes people feel welcome without even trying. You can tell he cares. Little things like that stick with you.
