There’s a young guy working here who mentioned he’s heading to the Navy soon, and honestly, he’s the kind of person who just lights up the room. Every time I’ve come in, he’s got a big smile, a great attitude, and makes people feel welcome without even trying. You can tell he cares. Little things like that stick with you. Wishing him all the best“

“I placed an order online for my wife, 3 children and myself last night just before closing. I have made purchases at the location countless times I've my life in Aragona. The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. Even thought it was just before closing the gentleman made our order with a smile and friendly attitude! To top it all off as he moved us to help other customers with the same grace. He brought our order to us!!! The man is a keeper and I will give him the props he deserves anytime I speak of Arby's!!!“

“I know I left a review a few weeks ago but I want to write another on my visit yesterday. I ordered online via the app a few minutes before arriving. The order was for myself and spouse who would eat later that evening. I intended to eat at home but changed my mind since it was recently prepared and I enjoy my food hot. For myself, I ordered the double beef and cheddar meal and wife roast turkey sandwich meal to eat later that evening. My meal was delicious. Since I intended to eat at home, the packaging was prepared for travel. Appreciate the idea of extra care taping drink lid down to ensure it doesn’t come off. While eating inside, there were about 5 patrons sitting down. There was a worker focused on cleaning the floors. Although I appreciate the cleanliness and cleaning perhaps workers can give a larger distance from where the customer is eating and come back to the space once the customer has departed. It didn’t bother me as much but I can understand where others may desire distance from the close floor sweeping.“

“Great experience. I ate my food while in my car and I started playing a game on my phone. I was looking down for a little while and even nodded. The cashier on duty was very concerned and checked to see if I was okay. I highly honor her for her concern because I could have been sick enough for a 911 call. I really appreciated her interest.
She, alone deserve at least 15 ⭐ s.“

“The place is great, but the employees are so slow. It doesn’t matter that no other customers are here, it takes 15+ minutes no matter what you order or when.

Edit: even after the owner replied, nothing has changed. I’ve been here a few more times since I left this review and it’s still the same. The wait here is absolutely absurd. Fire everyone start over.“
