“I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. The cashier was courteous and asked me to pull up and that they would bring out the order. Though I received a sandwich that was not fresh or hot, the bread was stiff as if it had been sitting and the temperature was off. I don't understand having to wait for food that's already done. I can see if it's fresh off the broiler, grill, or fryer, but this was disappointing.“
“The 5 stars is for the most amazing customer service from Ms Valerie, I've had in so long. Reminded me of going to my auntie house and she wouldn't let you do nothing..just was glad to see ya.. Wednesday, 8/20/2025 I stopped in for a bite to eat.. helping with the decision of my order all the to the shake for dessert. Definitely a pleasant purpose to want to spend your money and feel a welcoming atmosphere...and the burger is better than Hardee's.. Sorry Hardee's“
