Arby's in Suffolk

“The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn't think it was normal for an Arby's to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!

It's so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones--we'll be back.“

“Minus 1 star because if you eat in you don't get a tray. I like to make a puddle of ketchup on my tray so that I can dip my fries into it. All they offer is ridiculously tiny dipping cups. They're not even 1 fluid ounce. The main Arby Q sauce dispenser was empty. At least there were enough clean tables and they had my food ready reasonably quickly.“

“Husband stopped today for a quick snack. Chicken tenders and curly fries.
Andre was at the counter. While the food was ok, the service from Andre was outstanding. He is a great example of valuable employee. The single best reason for us to return.“
