Arby's in Richmond

“I always go to the Arby's at Short Pump. The atmosphere is always nice and the workers are polite. My recent visit was awesome. This is a great place to eat. I highly recommend this location. Also, thank You to Matt for going above and beyond to serve my family and I.“

“The Rotisserie Chicken is outstanding when Saida makes it, which is most of the time! The manager Aaron is always checking to see if everyone is happy with their meal and the restaurant is the cleanliness in town! All the staff is very friendly and don’t make you feel like you are in a fast food restaurant! The menu is more than most Arby’s so be adventurous get the rotisserie chicken and Lima beans! Or the specialty sandwich’s!“

“Night crew is awesome. They even ran after me when I pulled off from the drive thru and forgot something. I eat here a few times a month. Chicken tenders are great, white cheddar Mac n cheese is great. I love the strawberry lemonade. Peach cobbler rolls and jamocha shake are my favorites too.“

“I pulled in 5 mins before closing and didnt even realize. Ordered 3 items. The gentlemen informed me very nicely they were waiting on it to cook cause they are closing in 5 mins. I work in the food industry so I immediately apologized. I know how it is. He was so nice and sweet tho. Told me it was just fine. And the food was obviously fire. I have really bad anxiety so he definitely made it a nice experience for me even tho I was that one customer that gotta roll thru 5 mins to close. Im sorry again. Yall are great tho ❤️“

“As a Regional Manager for a cleaning company, I'm always looking cleanliness of any facility I enter especially to eat ? but I can say I was really impressed to look up at lights, vents, window ledges, etc. and everything was very clean.
I observed the team cleaning not just standing around like most fast food places I've visited here in Richmond.

“The staff was super friendly. They were training someone new in the kitchen, so the food took a little longer, but they were very nice about explaining the situation and even gave us a free shake for the inconvenience. They were truly wonderful.“

“Fast food is no longer all that fast nor the low price bargain it was. I did buy only an Arby's roast beef sandwich and it was under $5. My waistline doesn't need the calories from side dishes. It was ok for flavor but did have a bit of a processed meat taste. I put some horsey sauce on and that was tasty. Overall, it was a good enough visit.“
