Arby's in Richmond

“I always go to the Arby's at Short Pump. The atmosphere is always nice and the workers are polite. My recent visit was awesome. This is a great place to eat. I highly recommend this location. Also, thank You to Matt for going above and beyond to serve my family and I.“

“The Rotisserie Chicken is outstanding when Saida makes it, which is most of the time! The manager Aaron is always checking to see if everyone is happy with their meal and the restaurant is the cleanliness in town! All the staff is very friendly and don’t make you feel like you are in a fast food restaurant! The menu is more than most Arby’s so be adventurous get the rotisserie chicken and Lima beans! Or the specialty sandwich’s!“

“Clean, neat, good food. Prices are steep! Paid $15 for a double roast beef combo.... bit ridiculous... they have substantially shrunk! Only one cashier... so expect a line during busy times. The one today was evidently new and very slow. Not good during lunch time. Definitely better than the nearby competition.“

“Night crew is awesome. They even ran after me when I pulled off from the drive thru and forgot something. I eat here a few times a month. Chicken tenders are great, white cheddar Mac n cheese is great. I love the strawberry lemonade. Peach cobbler rolls and jamocha shake are my favorites too.“

“The staff was super friendly. They were training someone new in the kitchen, so the food took a little longer, but they were very nice about explaining the situation and even gave us a free shake for the inconvenience. They were truly wonderful.“
