“The food at Bilus is fantasmagorical! I've had their empanadas de carne, entraña a la parrilla, and their tiramasu. Every dish was amazing. The empanadas were hot crispy and they are served with bottles of ahi and pink sauce, for whichever it is that you may prefer. The atmosphere is always very pleasant if at times loud, but it's a Colombian restaurant so you shouldn't be expecting a quiet environment ?. I sat at the bar which is small but adequate. The service each of the several times I have been here has been quite slow, and sometimes, bc it is loud, the server may mishear your order, so be sure to speak up and be clear. They are all super nice and very kind, always with a smile on their faces. The 3 star score for service come from the amount of time spent waiting for food and even drinks. Time for service is just long enough that you may ask yourself if they forgot about you or worse, something else. I am not sure if it is kitchen staff, small drink prep area, or just a generally very relaxed vibe that is the cause of this. Either way, the food is so top notch is is easy to overlook. The skirt steak I ordered was so mouthwatering delicious it keeps me coming back for more. The rice and beans were perfectly cooked and the right temp, I was able to dig right in as soon as my food arrived.
One other note about the service, I typically order empanadas before hand to enjoy as a sort of appetizer but they came out at about the same time....which had me woofin them down to ensure my steak didnt get cold.

The tiramisu is absolutely delectable. It is so smooth and soft with incredible flavor, not too coffee heavy and just the right amt of sweet. Highly recommend this to end your meal.“

“the staff is fast and friendly. Pablito the floor manager is awesome. The food is amazing and the kitchen staff puts out food at the speed of light. We were there with a large group for a soccer tournament. They had us in and out fed in less than 45 minutes.“
