“The sweet manager who was working tonight 8/7/26 at 10:00pm, I believe Ronaldo was his name — deserves some praise AND a raise for how kind he was. I placed an order for pickup on the app right before they closed and I mistakenly placed it for the wrong location because I was trying to hurry. When I pulled up, they had obviously closed but he tried to help us anyways and didn’t treat us like a burden which most places at closing would have. He went out of his way when he didn’t have to and made my kids and I extremely happy and we appreciate his kindness so much. Thank you for being so helpful, and thank you to all the staff at this location for always being so sweet and caring to their customers! You guys are my favorite chick-fil-a

“All Chick-fil-A’s are special and have the best fast food options for adults and children, but this one has a playhouse. My kids go crazy seeing a slide inside. We can use this bargaining chip for eating most of their food and semi-decent behavior. Also I loved all the Navy employees in their uniforms coming in. My son got excited and wanted to say hi. One more thing the separate parking off to this was creative… no fighting the drive thru for parking, Nobel prize worthy in my own opinion.“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “Kylee is always such a pleasure whenever I come to grab food on my lunch break (AT&T employee)! Sometimes I get Mac & cheese with my meal and there isn’t any ready or they’re out when I arrive and she always makes sure to let me know and accommodate me in any way she can! Kylee is an amazing asset to this CFA team always puts a smile on my face!!!“

“If you ever hear the saying, ‘Take that frown and turn it upside down,’ I truly experienced that today at Chick-fil-A. I had been having a very rough evening and honestly was not in the best mood when I arrived. However, a young lady named Jocelyn completely changed that for me.

Her kindness, warm conversation, and the way she interacted with both my dog and me were so genuine and uplifting. She probably doesn’t even realize how much her positivity meant in that moment, but she truly turned my entire mood around. “Service here is as good as expected from a CFA location. No complaints there. The lot location is not ideal in my opinion. The parking lot is small with minimal parking. There is an adjacent lot for an office building, which is usually more convenient, but that depends on the time of day. Just something to keep in mind. Also, be mindful of traffic in the right lane on VB Blvd if you are turning in to access the drive-thru. Sometimes turning on the street right before that entrance or turning at the light and coming around will be a better option.“
