Gabriela was extremely friendly and helpful today, promote immediately! New chicken waffle is rediculous, its a winner. Very good with spicy chicken!“

“Never disappointed when I stop at C-F-A. The customer service is exceptional. Every staff member is courteous and welcoming. C-F-A sets the standard. Simply the best people work here. Kudos to the management team. The General Booth and Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, location always operates at a high level of competence. Love the #1. Cookie was ok. Add oatmeal and raisin. For the drinks, way too much ice. Finished my medium drink, had a 1/2 cup ice left. Clean stores. Great indoor environment.“

“Came in today for some quick eats before heading back home, and was served by such a lovely woman named Connie.
She took her time with my order and really kept and replicated the Chick-fil-a experience. I was asked if I wanted to scan my app to receive or use rewards, which is great to see employees recommending the use of the app.
She even recommended the water option with my food even though I didn’t out right order. Which was just that extra mile experience that I truly love to see from chick-fil-a’s.

Food is only a 4- 4.5 star because there was not a lot of vinaigrette with my kale salad that I’m used to, but my fries were hot crispy and golden meeting the cfa standard.“

“i went yeaterday around 5:30 pm and the service and professionalism was top notch and way above what i expected. my very first time personally going to chic fil a despite eating it before and its a place i wish other places modeled their professionalism and a place i would definatlety visit again for a quick bite to eat. im sure other locations are great but i visited this one specifically traveling from Richmond for work and those employees really showed me theres still good hard working young people with decent morales and ethics looking to start their futures and financially stabilize themselves. “Kylee is always such a pleasure whenever I come to grab food on my lunch break (AT&T employee)! Sometimes I get Mac & cheese with my meal and there isn’t any ready or they’re out when I arrive and she always makes sure to let me know and accommodate me in any way she can! Kylee is an amazing asset to this CFA team always puts a smile on my face!!!“

“I love Chick-fil-A and this location is one of the nicer ones even if getting out of the parking lot can sometimes be a bit hectic. While I was here eating breakfast this morning they literally came around and set out fresh cut flowers on the tables. The restaurant is clean and well managed. Everyone I interacted with was super polite and helpful, the food was fresh and came out fast. Overall just an amazing experience all around, and there's a reason I continue to give them my business.“

“Just had a cone and a frosted 🍦 lemonade ! A fun evening get away! One special treat, a ma gave a young lady a $10 gift card for entertaining children in the playroom before she left with her family.. such kindness all around! Only a one downside, I could hear the conversation between a manager and a worker who was asking for a day off. It went on too long as the manager cleaned the dining room. However, it was close to closing! We had a great time!!“
