Chick-fil-A in Chesapeake

“Eating at a Chick-fil-A is always tasty. Unfortunately it's also very expensive unless you know the tricks to save money. One trick is order a four pack of chicken tenders and 2 buttered buns. This will cost only 2/3 as much as buying two chicken sandwiches.“

“This past Saturday (5/30/26) I was having a very hard day so I decided to stop Here to grab some food while I was on my way home from work. The young woman who took my order was very kind, but the thing that stood out to me the most was the gentleman who was standing at the window Handing people their food (I can’t remember his name, but this was round 7:30pm ish) He was an absolute ray of sunshine. He saw me as someone who was very clearly struggling and reminded me that there is such thing as kind people in this world. He gave me a very meaningful pep talk, shook my hand, and then sent me on my way with my food. This man deserves the most recognition he can get. He is the kind of person to unknowingly save somebody’s life for the simple act of being kind. I am very grateful to him And I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves.“

“I went to get the new jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich. They asked me if I wanted any condiments and I said no assuming they was just talking about Chick-fil-A sauce, ketchup, etc. Not knowing that I needed the ranch to go home my sandwich. So if you order the jalapeno chicken ranch sandwich, you say yes to the condiments or you won't get the ranch sauce but I made it do what it do. It's Chick-fil-A that's chicken sandwich heads down🤷🏽‍♂️“

“I must say the service at this drive through location is normal top notch however I've noticed the soft drinks in particular the sodas I've had (Root Beer & Dr. Pepper) carbonation & syrup content most often seem to be off. The Root Beer has 90% of the time flat. I did go inside on my last visit. I was never asked if my order was for here or to go however it was packaged to go which wasn't an issue for me. After another very low carbonated Root Beer I changed my refill option requesting Dr. Pepper, it taste nothing like Dr. Pepper at all. I would strongly suggest bringing you drink level up to meet the same as your customer service. 😃“

“Always have an excellent experience, I'm always taking my daughter to eat here because she chooses this over McDonald's. We will eat together and then she will play for a while in the play area. Thank you for awesome business.
