5/22: went through the drive thru, ordered our meal. The associate was very professional and courteous. Our food was hot and delicious!!
Update: 10/5/22: went through the drive thru this evening. Again, the associates were very courteous and professional. The food was hot and delicious. I've not had a bad or disappointing experience with this particular Chic-fil-A.
Update: 8/25/25: service and food quality continues to be outstanding! Prices have gone up slightly but that's to be expected. I consistently recommend Chick-fil-A as a go-to for great food and service!
Update: 8/14/26: Exceptional customer service! Food quality is outstanding! The restaurant, restrooms and grounds outside the restaurant are clean and very well maintained! I visit Chick-fil-A at least 2-3 times a week and I STILL recommend it to family and friends.“
“You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A usually, but my last two orders were wrong and that is the first time EVER in my history of eating at one of their establishments! So something had to be off or wrong... But it's still the Lord's chicken, and they just opened up a couple months ago, so I'm going to let it slide lol... Service is usually really fast, so that is a plus :)“
“Disappointed that I received an order that was labels wrong. The sticker was mine but the food wasn't. Simple human error but we hold Chickfila to a higher standard. I wasn't able to go back to a time crunch. Also this location has the better fries because I do not like the ones that they have off of Frederick. They taste fake and not like real potato.“
