Chick-fil-A in Richmond

“3/25/26 stopped by after medical appt heading back to norfolk, I ordered nuggets 8 pc, fries, vanilla shake. Order#4513147 @ 11:30:25 reg.# 57 cashier Shadee and operator Greg Williams. The young man was very polite, helped me order and offered a free cookie for the trip back I accepted that chocolate chip cookie (which was the bomb) so was the vanilla shake. I told him I had just left VCU and has a follow up from surgery. I told him they are the bomb! They are very professional workers and they take great care of their patients. Everything was super excellent! I hadn't had chic fil a in a few years because of weight issues but I had a long ride home, no breakfast so I thought I'd get some lunch. The food was at the perfect temp, not red hot just right! The vanilla shake was delicious, hadn't had one of those in years. The cookie I waited awhile to eat but delicious! Excellent, Excellent service! Keep up the good work! Love the heaters for the employees and customers! Your the Bomb!“

“I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. Decided they earned this review for that haha“

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.

What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.

I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with the potato fries with garden herb ranch dipping sauce (simple meal) with pepper jack cheese instead of American cheese and extra pickles thanks!!!! I didnt get a combo because I already had a beverage but thanks again for the extra pickles my food arrived on time as promised and it was fresh hot and very satisfying i will order again soon!!!“

“Honestly the SLOWEST chick fil a! Don't you dare try to get breakfast fast. We even do the order ahead and always wait. The food is fresh but they have forgotten an entire sandwich before and never put it back on my app or refunded. It's great for the location but be ready to wait.“

“This location is everything! They have an awesome manager he is incredible!! While I was there the employees that was waiting to clock in was early enough to be on time!! Gratitude! The manager sets the tone! He just over the top management material!! From questions to fulfilling his team concerns. He has an vibe that make you want to come to work.
