“Best chick-fil-a I have ever been too. They have better customer service than most sit down restaurants. Clean, friendly, perfectly prepared food.Kid-friendliness: They brought out a high chair, a stick on place mat, a stuffed animal and a nice cardboard children’s book for my toddler, my wife, myself and my kid were all able to enjoy the meal. Something I can’t say for most fast food joints.“

“The cashier we had seemed overly slow, as if he was still in training. Our order was correct, and the food was good, The restrooms were clean. The windows were filthy, many many many hand prints all over the windows closest to the restroom that gave a nasty vibe the the "dining in" experience“
“The chicken strips were delicious and tender with the sweet yet slightly tangy honey mustard sauce. Tenders are a nice break from the original sandwich; which is always a go-to. Their mac & cheese is amazing for fast-food; cheese stretching from the fork. The service was quick and polite. My pleasure Chick-fil-A ?“
“Really good for a new restaurant. Staff was nice, the atmosphere was amazing with tons of Christmas decorations. Really modern way of handling a fast food restaurant. It can be confusing at first when pulling in due to the drive thru kinda cutting through the parking lot.Parking: Lots of parking even after people got out of work.“

The high caliber of the individuals at this location is evidence of the outstanding integrity of this faith-guided American company. We stumbled across The Shoppes at Willow Lawn location today and it was awesome - great service, great food, super clean.“

“Chickfila is my favorite restaurant of all time. Since I go to Chickfila a lot I have the rewards app. You get points every time you order something & can get food for free when you have a certain amount of points. Unfortunately, this Chickfila does not have a scanner for the rewards. They also do not have certain sauces or dressings like avocado lime ranch which is also my favorite. They are very friendly & have fast service. I have never had any other issues with this Chickfila.“
