“The joint was extra busy this Sunday afternoon 2/15/26. There were people waiting for food in front of me as well as multiple people who walked in after me. The two guys there handled the rush so well running out online orders as well as handling all of us despite the extra stress. They deserve a raise! Or at the very least a morale boosting pizza party lol“

“Went in to eat! A beautiful girl named kay took my order! She was very sweet and brought in a smile lighting the whole room up making me feel welcomed. She was very polite and took my order fast getting it right the first time. A girl named Tamea began my cook adventure in to making my sub which was a Turkey Tom and she was clean, fast, efficient, and tasty! all the food was fresh and their work space was clean. I would definitely recommend this Jimmy John’s! They’re welcoming and good at their jobs!“

“I absolutely love coming to Jimmy Johns especially when you live close by. It’s easier and convenient. Customer service is top tier, all employees are very polite and greet you the moment you walk in. The sandwiches are refreshing and delicious!!! 10 out of 10!!!“

“I’m a Jimmy Johns fan, I love their bread and everything they do. I used to live in the Hilltop area and now live near the Norfolk Airport, and I can say with absolute confidence that compared to this location, they are run like a horse mashing its head into a post. I can’t always make it out to this location, I have to settle for a nearby Subway when I have a sandwich fixing, but this location has the upmost respect and customer service I’ve seen outside of a Chik Fila. I’m not joking, they really try to make things right. I have been burned by a location at the oceanfront, I have been burned by every other location, but this one seems to be one staffed with caring and amazing people, having fun and doing right by their customers. It’s always a joy to visit and next time I have the money and the transportation, I will make a stop in. It’s silly how out of every Jimmy Johns I have ever gone to, this is not only the location I have had they only good experiences with, but exceptional experiences nonetheless.“

“Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food as always was delicious and fast. The store was very clean and inviting. We always enjoy getting subs from here and drive out of the way to do so . I will say the App isn't the fastest but that may just be the area I was in. The staff placed everything nicely in a box and explained each item.“
