“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Jimmy John’s, and all the people that work in it! The food is always super fresh, and always accurate. I’ve never had them mess up an order, and they do a really good job at making sure everything is timely. I’ve been coming here for years since it’s close to my job & it never misses. Everyone who works there is so kind & accommodating. Definitely one of the best JJs in the area!!“

“I can't really complain about this location. I've always had friendly service. Only once did I feel like the food quality was off and the issue was appropriately fixed. The portions have been consistent with other locations, so really no complaint there .I feel bad that a lot of people drag them on delivery and portion size. COVID changed a lot for many fast food and dine in locations. Have some patience for delivery and order ahead. One delivery driver during peak lunch hours is bound to slow things down. Not everyone needs napkins/utensils and many businesses now require you to ask for it because the price of paper products have gone up. If your food prepared was not to your liking, just call them. Better to communicate the issues privately than blast them online for a very human mistake. Keep it up, JJ on 21st! Y'all are doing great.“

“I ordered a typical sandwhich, a Bootlegger, and they made it just the way I asked even if I was a little extra with my request. I greatly appreciate that. I can tell this staff care and like making their customers pleased, and it brought a smile to my face when getting back to the office and eating my sandwich.“

“Noone ever says hello when you walk in we always say hello to them so they see we are there. It's always freezing in there and the rock music is a bit to loud as well. Sandwich and picked are ordered on the app to be cut and its always 50/50 if its done or not.“
