Absolutely one of our favorite places in Norfolk. Whether with coworkers or family, this restaurant has never failed to deliver great food and amazing customer service.
Been going to Perfectly Frank since the first day it opened.Always been great food,service and atmosphere.The staff has always been very professional and nice.I have always recommended this place to coworkers and friends to go to.Tara and her staff have done a great job thru the years!
