This store is amazing and went out of their way for me and my boyfriends order!!
We had placed an order through the downtown Norfolk location, waited an hour and 30 minutes for it and called for an update THREE times where the girl working (who said she was the manager) hung up on us 2/3 calls and was extremely rude and got mad and annoyed we were inquiring about our order.
