We had placed an order through the downtown Norfolk location, waited an hour and 30 minutes for it and called for an update THREE times where the girl working (who said she was the manager) hung up on us 2/3 calls and was extremely rude and got mad and annoyed we were inquiring about our order. Essentially she had canceled the order, assured us it was still coming, and then told...

Soo I guess tonight I was doomed when I ordered cookies for my family.. fiest I put the wrong address then they had no in house driver and then even after address was corrected. . Somehow my boxes ended up IN the WORST POSSIBLE HANDS and I had to argue with someone, had my cookies stolen LMAO and then had to call the cops but in the end, insomnia did me right and they remade the order, allowed us to come pick it up and she even refunded it due to the insanity as that was so kind....

My favorite cookies to eat! I drive 30+ mins to get to this location every time, and tonight was not the best. I brought family, who were coming for the first time. Upon our arrival , the gentleman on shift politely informed us that their card machines were down and we would have to pay with cash or order online.
