I was in visiting my daughter who goes to ODU when we stumbled upon Osaka! The atmosphere was very upbeat and the staff were pleasant. Our waitress, Rosslyn, was absolutely a delight! She made sure we were always well taken cared of without being overly insistent! The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the Chicken Paitain , something our waitress had recommended to us! I'm still in the resteraunt and couldn't even wait to leave this review. The food was the best rolls and katsu I've had in the states, ESPECIALLY in this part of Virginia. Normally when eating, food becomes repetitive, but EVERY bite was heaven here. The music was also amazing and the whole staff was so nice.A little pricey compared to the other nearby eateries but for this quality of food with such large portions this close to campus????
