The server was attentive and kind. TBH, I wasn't really impressed with the sushi. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste fresh, either. The sashimi nachos were good.Parking: Paid parking meters, but free for those with handicap tags

I advise you DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I ordered 2 orders (10 each order so 20 rolls) of volcano rolls which is SUPPOSE to include rice, fish & crab meat .... my rolls LITERALLY ONLY CAME WITH RICE IN THEM NO MEAT ! (20 rolls of just rice ?)I called & spoke to the owner Ben of the 4300 monarch way in Norfolk location & he was very rude & said there was Nothing he can or would do to rectify the situation. Before this I never had an issue with their food but I will never go back after this type of service.(I have pictures, I don't know why it's not letting me add them)

I was in visiting my daughter who goes to ODU when we stumbled upon Osaka! The atmosphere was very upbeat and the staff were pleasant. Our waitress, Rosslyn, was absolutely a delight! She made sure we were always well taken cared of without being overly insistent! The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the Chicken Paitain , something our waitress had recommended to us! It was the best ramen I had had in this area! My daughter got pork dumplings and they were very warm and each bite was rich. Over all I would say this experience was spectacular and I would love to just Kudos the Chef and our Waitress!

I went here for lunch today. They were out of everything I wanted to try (I am not exaggerating, it was really disappointing). I was also shocked out the prices for what we got from the appetizers. I am sure there are great things on the menu, we just didn’t get to try them.

I'm still in the resteraunt and couldn't even wait to leave this review. The food was the best rolls and katsu I've had in the states, ESPECIALLY in this part of Virginia. Normally when eating, food becomes repetitive, but EVERY bite was heaven here. The music was also amazing and the whole staff was so nice.A little pricey compared to the other nearby eateries but for this quality of food with such large portions this close to campus???? It's a STEAL!!There are no words to describe how much I suggest you eat here.

THE FOOD IS GREAT!Everyone is very kind. The last time we went I believe she was a new waitress and was a little nervous. But still very kind. We live about 20 to 30 minutes away and still drive there to eat. The food is GREAT! and worth the trip. We order extra to take home.
The staff there is extremely slow and deliberately ignore when people come in. They said nothing when we entered and nobody came to greet or seat us for 15mins. We made eye contact with some worker there multiple times and they chose not to acknowledge us while we were waiting. Food is good, staff is awful at their jobs.

Wonderful experience. The food is amazing. This is my favorite ramen and sushi spot.
My favorite place to get ramen in Hampton Roads. It's traditional style ramen, reminiscent of my time in Japan. Nothing fancy, no fusion, just good ol' ramen.

Worst sushi I've had in years. Slimy sauces, weirdly textured rice, absolutely sad bao (gray chicken and one slice of lettuce).

Bar looks amazing and the staff is friendly. View outside is ok, but in the middle of downtown.
