This is a small but very delightful & busy place to grab lunch. I felt like I was back in high school at the hangout for all the cool kids. I had the cheapskate plate(cheeseburger & tots for $10). It was good..service was friendly & quick despite that it was the busy lunch rush.

My wife and I took our son to visit ODU, and stopped here afterwards for lunch. This is the perfect local eatery for college students and family alike! The food was great, they have funny signs all around the place (that they rotate weekly I was told), giving it a great vibe. They take your order at your table and bring it to you by people who have a personality. Highly recommend Perfectly Frank if you're in the area. My only complaint is that they don't sell merch!

I used to go here once or three times a week when I was going to college at ODU since it was in walking distance of my dorm. Food was addictive and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Miss it every day since I graduated in 2015.If you ever go there, get a cheeseburger with a egg on top with a half and half order of onion rings and tots. It all goes good with their special sauce.Hope to one day go back and grab some good food one more time.
My family had a great time coming here after one of my kid's basketball games. The prices were cheaper than pretty much anywhere else I can think of which was great for my big family. Everything was super casual which was great for us-it was a place where my kids could talk and be themselves. The service was excellent. The ambiance is super fun and kept our eyes busy. My kids enjoyed playing Pac-Man with change that the cashier made for me. The food was simple but perfect. We were in and out in no time. I could see this place getting crazy popular if it isn't already.
If you're looking for simple burger, dog,and sandwich kind of fare done right and served by a smiling face then this is a perfect little hole in the wall for you.

This place has been a part of my life and my kids lives for years its their place .Kid-friendliness: They have coloring books and pac man and the walls are all ways entertaining and the food comes out very quickly and we can leave gaveling our bellies and hearts filled for less than going to Chick-fil-A and they are open on Sunday

I've gone here several times throughout the past couple years, and I've been satisfied every time! Their menu has simple yet delicious options that are super affordable, which makes it ideal for a college student like myself. I've gotten their burgers, fries, onion rings, and some of their desserts, all of which I've enjoyed. The inside has a plethora of writings from customers on the walls, creating a very unique charm. One thing I've noticed that is popular is their "cheapskate" meals, offering certain budget-friendly meals on specific days, which seems like a great way to get the most bang out of your buck.

i’m a student who goes here often but my most recent visit will have to be my last. i ordered a regular sized apple juice with no ice with my meal and was given a half filled cup. thinking it was a small mistake, i didn’t say anything. when i asked for a refill, i was given a half filled cup again. when i asked why, i was told that they “dont fill up cups to the top if theres no ice” in a very rude and dismissive tone. i didnt want to make a scene but i was very confused when that policy became a thing as i am here often. when i responded “oh i didnt know that, no one’s told me that before” she looked at me with a face full of disgust and annoyance while not saying a word. i don’t remember her name but it was an older woman with dark brown hair. i’m not the kind to leave reviews but this was so unwarranted and uncalled for. this went from my favorite place to grab food to a place i’d never dine at again.
