Low light, intimate ambiance. More beers than you can count, in each kind, from all over the US and the World. Good mix of draught, and bottle and can collection. Fancy grilled cheeses is the majority of the main food options, I love the Viking Blod. Nice appetizers including bacon wrapped dates, charcuterie, and pimento cheese.
If you love craft beer, you need to come to the Birch. Such an amazing , diverse selection of beers that you will not see almost anywhere else. Along with great American craft breweries, they also feature some amazing European beers I've never seen anywhere else. Very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable service too makes it the perfect spot. Pleasantly surprised coming here. Fantastic beer and food with a fun weekly flight of beer and cheese pairings will definitely convince me to come back to here. An actual hidden gem I wish I had known about sooner!
